Indian Kulcha with Onion Bhaji and Tomato & Chilli Chutney.
Wonderful home made Onion Bhaji's made in the Air Fryer to reduce the fat, chopped and mixed with a sweet chilli and tomato chutney, then used to fill a Kulcha flatbread (type of Naan bread). This is a Vegan friendly flatbread.
Ingredients: - Strong white wheat flour, Yeast, Sugar, Water, Olive Oil, Salt, Soya Yoghurt, Black Onion Seed, Fennel Seeds, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Gram Flour, Garam Masala, Cumin, Coriander,
Tomato, Sugar, Apple, Sultanas, White Wine Vinegar, Tomato Paste, Dried Onion, Red Chilli Puree, Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Mustard
5 minutes at 180c in a fan oven, or Airfryer at 170c for 4 minutes
