Italian Flatbread with Pesto

One of my original flatbreads, this is a simple soft and fluffy flatbread with a big dollop of free from Pesto inside, so ideal for Vegans


Ingredients: - Strong white wheat flour, Yeast, Sugar, Water, Olive Oil, Salt, Sunflower Oil, Italian Basil, Potato, Pine Nuts *, Lactic Acid, Salt.

* Although Pine Nuts are not a true tree nut, that can cause allergies, so highlighte here.

Cooking Instructions

5 minutes at 180c in a fan oven, or Airfryer at 170c for 4 minutes
