Korean Hotteok

A new addition to the range, this flatbread is stuffed with a Korean style filling of carrot, chinese leaf, courgette , spring onion and noodles, in a soy and gochujang sauce.

Ingredients

Strong white wheat flour, Yeast, Sugar, Water, Rapeseed Oil, Carrots, Chinese Leaf, Spring Onions, Courgettes, Garlic, Noodles (wheat flour, sunflower oil, wheat gluten, salt, lactic acid, guar gum), Gochujang Paste (white miso paste (soya beans, rice, salt, alcohol), sugar, water, spirit vinegar, red bell pepper powder, chilli powder, dried onion, garlic powder, citric acid, paprika extract, xanthan gum), Soy Sauce

Cooking Instructions

In an oven at 180c for 5 minutes or airfry at 170c for 4 minutes
